Hands-On Maritime Training for Native Youth.

We are a hands-on maritime education and cultural restoration program for Native youth from Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and Indigenous communities across the United States.

Aboard the purpose-built sailing school vessel Raven, students join a professional crew for multi-week expeditions that blend cultural heritage, environmental stewardship, and job skills training. These are not leisure cruises; they are immersive learning experiences designed to challenge, inspire, and empower.

Participants:

• Learn seamanship, navigation, engineering, and marine operations
   
• Engage with Indigenous communities and traditional knowledge
   
• Build leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
   

Voyages travel to culturally and environmentally significant destinations, including Alaska, the Pacific Islands, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean.
